It was the most monumental weekend in our history. The largest gathering of Scientologists ever assembled. Three epic events: an unprecedented seven hours of groundbreaking briefings from Mr. David Miscavige, Chairman of the Board Religious Technology Center.
10,273 Scientologists. One perfectly poised ribbon. One ceremonial stage. Welcome to the crowning accomplishment at the top of our Bridge. “My fellow Scientologists, the best on the planet now awaits you. For the doors to your Flag Building are open and I officially invite you to cross the threshold to a whole new world.” —Mr. David Miscavige, Chairman of the Board Religious Technology Center
At an international event celebrating the birthday of Scientology Founder, L. Ron Hubbard, in March, 2010, Mr. David Miscavige, ecclesiastical leader of the Scientology religion, unveiled the latest parade of new Ideal Churches of Scientology.
Mr. David Miscavige stood before 7,000 Scientologists congregated in Los Angeles’ Shrine Auditorium. They had assembled to celebrate the previous decade of unprecedented expansion for Scientology and to usher in another decade of exponential growth.
Mr. David Miscavige stood before Scientologists gathered from around the world for the much-heralded occasion. He announced that what he was about to describe was nothing less than “the recovery of Dianetics and Scientology”—an event that would “change the world of Scientology forever.”
