Mr. David Miscavige stood before 7,000 Scientologists congregated in Los Angeles’ Shrine Auditorium. They had assembled to celebrate the previous decade of unprecedented expansion for Scientology and to usher in another decade of exponential growth.

In June 2009, Mr. David Miscavige announced the single most momentous advance in Dianetics technology since the day of its original publication on May 9, 1950.

It was a project personally overseen by Mr. Miscavige for the better part of four years and culminating in the release of materials that would make Dianetics universally accessible.

Mr. David Miscavige stood before Scientologists gathered from around the world for the much-heralded occasion. He announced that what he was about to describe was nothing less than “the recovery of Dianetics and Scientology”—an event that would “change the world of Scientology forever.”

The highlight of the March 2006 L. Ron Hubbard birthday event was the announcement by Mr. David Miscavige, Chairman of the Board of Religious Technology Center (RTC), of the full restoration and release of the LRH Clearing Congress films.
